For the people wishing to improve their fitness monitoring or simply monitor e-mails, you can find a smart watch for practically every wrist and budget.

The latest entry in its kind is the Fitbit Versa.

The Versa, priced at $199, is designed to compete with the Apple Watch, and at its core, it does just that.

The Versa performs well as a good watch as well as a fitness system. It works with Apple, Android and Windows devices.

This timepiece features Fitbit Today which means you can check your daily health reports and check them against your goals. There are also guided move memory joggers and breathing sessions.

Some of the watch faces are attractive and others are generally not. In the event you like variety you could be disappointed as you can only store one-by-one.

Changing faces also takes some doing. The Fitbit software is a slow loader. This can require the watch to be linked to Wi-Fi through a normal connection from the software running on whatever mobile phone you are applying.

While less costly than the Apple See Series One, the Versa does have some areas where it falls in short supply of the more expensive competition.

You can answer phone cell phone calls. Responses to texts can only be made by using a compatible Android os phone.

Versa only has 2. 5GB of note of music storage. Tracks in most cases have to be downloaded from a computer. This pales when compared with Apple Watch's syncing with Apple Music. Some other brands do an improved job in this field as well.

Apple Pay is widely known and trusted. Fitbit also has a pay option but it can be difficult to get banking companies and institutions it helps.

There is no Siri, no microphone, and no computerized call-to-action assistant. The find-my-phone iphone app on the Apple Watch is not included. Maps are absent and there is no onboard GPS. Runners and athletes may wish to still opt for the more iphone app complete Ionic or Apple Watch Series 3.

Still the Versa has much on the plus side. Most will find it attractive, comfortable and fun to wear.

It provides a nice alternative for those ready to forgo the added features, and the price, of the Apple Check out and other higher-end rivals.
